Siw Ødegaard

Head of Audit Commitee

Siw Ødegaard has served as Board Member and Head of Audit Committee since December 2022. She has more than two decades of extensive and broad management and board experience from the tech sector, including from international businesses and listed companies. She has held executive positions like CFO and Head of IR of EcoOnline Global, CEO and CFO of Ayfie Group and CFO and EVP M&A and IR of Link Mobility Group and been on the Board of companies like Arribatec Solutions, Crayon and Link Mobility Group. She is currently Board Member and Head of Audit Committee of the listed IT consulting company Webstep ASA and is on the Board of Lexit Group, a PE owned leading Scandinavian supplier of data capture and digitalization solutions. 

Ødegaard holds an IB from United World College of the Adriatic in Italy, a BA from the University of London in the UK, and Master of Management programs from BI in Norway. She is currently participating in INSEAD’s Executive Board Programme.  

Ødegaard is an independent board member, and holds 200 000 shares in the company as of October 2023, through Kvinnesiden AS.

Eirik Ålgård

Member of Audit Comittee

Erik Ålgård has served as Board Member since 2016 and is also member of the audit committee. He has extensive board and management experience from numerous board positions, as well as 9 years as CEO at Ålgård Holding AS, 7 years as co-founder of Sprettert, 2 years as investment professional at Lindsay Goldberg Nordic. Previously he was a consultant at McKinsey & Co for 4 years. Mr. Ålgård holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLyon Busines School (exchange University of St. Gallen) and Bachelor in computer science (artificial intelligence) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (exchanges University of Oslo, James Cook University, Tec de Monterrey Guadalajara).
