Nordic Unmanned opens UK office

November 16th 2021 – Cranfield, UK – Nordic Unmanned opens an office in the United Kingdom in order to increase its presence in this key market.

Expanding our geographical footprint is a key part of our growth strategy, and the UK is a very important market for Nordic Unmanned, with substantial potential within all our market verticals. Last year we were awarded an innovation contract from the UK Ministry of Defence, and our new office signals increased ambitions in this geography.

Knut Roar Wiig, CEO Nordic Unmanned

The UK office is located in Cranfield, in the heart of the Oxford-Cambridge Arc. The Arc is a major centre of the UK’s high-tech manufacturing and research industries and is home to businesses and universities that are leading the way in developing leading-edge technology and services.

Opening an office in the heart of the Oxford-Cambridge arc means that we can be closer to our customers, and to give our UK employees an office to feel at home in. The location also gives us the opportunity to be closer to our key partners, as we continue to provide value to our customers.
